Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is TicketPulse Event Ltd, registered at Green Gables Commercial Centre,
Green Gables, St Johns, Antigua & Barbuda ("the Promoter").
Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- There are no residency restrictions.
- Employees, contractors, agents, partners, or affiliates of the Promoter, as well as their
immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
- Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel and
accommodation to Montserrat to redeem the prize.
Nature of Promotion
This giveaway is a promotional competition designed to encourage use of TicketPulse and Serra Pay. It
is not considered gambling under Antigua & Barbuda law. The purchase requirement is tied solely to
promotional participation and does not relate to chance or probability beyond the random drawing
process.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow Ticket Pulse on Facebook (ticketpulse) and Instagram (ticketpulse_events)
- Follow Serra on Facebook (getserra) and Instagram (serramoney)
- Purchase any event ticket on TicketPulse and checkout using Serra Pay
Each Serra Pay purchase equals one (1) entry. Multiple purchases equal multiple entries. Refunded,
cancelled, or fraudulent purchases will void the associated entry or entries.
Giveaway Period
- The giveaway closes at 11:59 PM AST on 31 December 2025.
- Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
Prize
- The prize consists of two (2) Standard Tickets of the winner's choice for Montserrat St.
Patrick's Festival 2026.
- Maximum value is XCD $200 per ticket (total maximum XCD $400).
- Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- If a chosen ticket exceeds the XCD $200 limit, the winner may pay the difference.
Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random using a computer-generated random draw.
- The draw will occur during the first week of January 2026.
- The winner will be contacted via the social media platform or email associated with their
entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a new
random draw and select an alternative winner.
Verification
Before awarding the prize, the Promoter may require:
- Proof of age
- Proof of identity
- Proof of qualifying Serra Pay purchases
Failure to provide verification may result in disqualification.
Travel & Accommodation
The prize does not include accommodation, travel, transportation, meals, insurance, or any related
expenses. These are the full responsibility of the winner.
Publicity Consent
By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may publicly announce the winner's name and
city/country of residence. The winner may also be asked to participate in reasonable promotional
activities without additional compensation.
Data Protection
Personal data collected during the giveaway will be processed in accordance with the Antigua &
Barbuda Data Protection Act (2021). Data will be used solely for administering the giveaway unless
additional consent is provided. Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their
data.
Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for:
- Lost, delayed, or inaccessible entries
- Technical failures of any kind
- Social media platform outages
- Event cancellations or changes beyond the Promoter's control
Promoter Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise
- Substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary
- Disqualify any entry violating these Terms & Conditions
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda. Any disputes arising from
this giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Antigua & Barbuda courts.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
